Staying home < Watching a group < Joining a group < Addressing a group < Leading a group.

The vast majority of humans are escared to address a group or speak publicly. Get to a point where you can do it with no anxiety, and you're well ahead of the average Joe. PRACTICE speaking to groups whenever you have the opportunity.

Some say it helps to imagine your audience naked or in their underwear. The true confidence you really need is deeper than surface tricks like this. I can tell you from experience, addressing an audience while YOU are naked will put this anxiety behind you better than any of the public speaking parlor tricks. ^{^Edit:} ^{^>to<}

Imagine to invite all girls to a dinner party at a resturant. When everyone is there, introduce each of one to another as friend despite you have fucked them or not. Like "This is my friend Stacy" and look how the hamsterwheel is spinning, I'm mean during this dinner party the spinning could literally light-up earth for a decade.

And you just sit there with the biggest smug of all time.

If you don't have some event set up, just make your own. I can attest to the success of inviting 10 women to the same thing. Even in my BP days, this would lead to great opportunities for me.

What I never understood and still can't understand is my "natural alpha" buddy's advice to never let two of your plates meet; personally, I've had nearly 100% positive outcomes from my plates meeting. Sure, if they hit it off, then badmouth me to each other behind my back, it can go south, but that almost never seemed to happen.

Let's get those plates at the starting line and fire off the starting gun. Make those girls run!

So I am designing a website to track my progress - using skills I pick up in my web design class. I will also use it for journalling and tracking other goals/thoughts. I'll get it live eventually so you guys can watch me slowly progress from Blue Pill to Red Pill.

I've started from the first 30 Day Challenge and I will work my way through.

I have VERY bad teeth. Would suggest I start doing these challenges despite this or wait until they're fixed?
