LMR is when she says "no" to test you and test her own power over your frame of mind. Girl wants to see if you're going to be deflated, discouraged by it. Maybe it's a distinction without a difference but there is LMR as a shit test and then there is the ASD. As a shit test the girl is seeing if you will "man up", display passion and desire for her, and push through that resistance. As an ASD, she is going through the motions of saying no enough times to convince you (but mostly herself) that she is not a slut who gives in easily.

Realistically speaking in terms of female ego, you are probably more apt to get a false rape accusations thrown at you for giving up in the face of LMR then if you actually push through it with physical persistence.

What FEELS worse for a girl? (Remember it doesn't have to make logical sense)

A. Having a guy trying to get in your pants but then giving up, leaving you horny and feeling rejected, and then sending you home?

B. Having a guy push through resistance because he wants you so bad, Fucks you and gives you a great orgasm, and then hangs out and maybe doesn't send her home?

C. Having option B happen but then the guy sucks so bad in bed or kicks her out immediately after?

The correct answer is B. All other options leave her feeling rejected and unvalidated. Pushing through LMR may or may not be 'moral' but sexual strategy isn't, and if you don't get option B you are in the worst spot you can be in.
