So she took 180 hours or so of pre-licensing classes, passed a test that's designed in every facet to not be a barrier to entry and is now a RE agent. Big damned deal.

In her mind she's the high queen bitch of real estate. She plays catty games with all the other agents in her office because that's what keeps her from being bored while there. Outside the office and during showings she's never wrong despite her limited business experience and, well, she's the high queen bitch of real estate after all.

Personally, she drives a top of the line crossover SUV bought at full retail (every 2 years without fail). She has several closets full of once-worn clothes. The foregoing is financed on credit cards, the balance which exceeds her next several dozen commission checks.

If you friend her in social media you're beseiged with non-stop marketing of her current listings. If you browse further you'll find that most if not all of her photos focus heavily on alcohol and expensive travel.

Don't believe me? Call her up yourself.....she'll get back with you in a week or 2......

Big deal she passed the real estate licensure exam. I passed the CPA exam the first time while I was working full-time at a shitty grocery store and all the dumb women laughed at me and ignored me. I remember when I worked in the deli department frying up chicken and going to college. I remember when the women who used to go to my college used to recognize me from school when they saw me frying up chicken and they literally laughed at me. No joke they literally laughed at me!
