In the usual way. Escalate escalate escalate, push/pull, and when you've got her instead of taking her back to yours, just tell her you're going to hers. If she puts up resistance, get creative: "Nope, has to be yours, before this goes any further I have to get a look at your bookshelf. I'm not as easy as you seem to think, I have to make sure you're the right kind of girl for me." You get the idea.

"Car bar" and music. In other words, have a reason to go back to your car to hook up there. A friend of mine was in an acapella group and he'd bring the girls back to the car to listen to his CD of them. If that didn't work he talked about this fantastic champagne or drink or whatever that he has in his car that they don't have at the bar. Basically they were just there to maintain possible deniability for why they were going back to the car to bang. IIRC he lost his virginity this way.

When I lived at my mother's place out in the country I once brought a girl back on the back of my bicycle. But she was crazy about me. Now when I live in town I usually say, "I live nearby," but back when I lived with my mother I usually asked if they threw an after party, even if it was only the two of us. Girls prefer to be slut outside of home, just like they do in foreign countries, so when it happens at their place they need a sense of deniability to say, "it just happened." It's difficult though, you would get laid a lot more if you lived where the action is.

There's a pay by the hour hot tub place in my city that I've used before instead of trying to get a girl back to my place. It doesn't cost more than the cab fare + breakfast that a sleepover might add up to.
