Hi Alexandermag89. As a recovering beta, new to the red pill (six months), I have asked my self those same questions (http://dcllive(dot)wordpress(dot)com/2014/05/11/know-your-role/).

I have accumulated a lot of articles on the red pill and Game. (side note - instead of just bookmarking all of the posts and articles you find throughout the manosphere and saving them in your browser, which can slow it down, I recommend using Evernote + Evernote Web Clipper - you can save webpages and articles very easily)

My two cents....

While dealing with women always lead and do not be afraid to say "No".

When interacting with men I try to come off as equal to them. I would never supplicate or change my opinion if we did not agree about something. I make an effort to relate to them.

Frame is a piece of theater, and you're the actor-director. Every actor has motive for his actions and every action has consequences. And there are different relationships between actors that affect their behavior. All these imformations are crucial for owning that frame i.e. assuming the post of director, i.e. moving the play along to your desired outcome.

Now what you posted is how to "act" like you're the director, the issue is that every social context is a frame, and every frame has a director, more or less in control. Women see the relation, the director and the influence of that director. So pretending your are one is pointless. Quick note, women do not perceive motive and can't predict outcomes as well as we do, so take that into account.

How to be the director, assume everyone is an actor with motive, agency and reason, the more people there are and the weaker the connection between them the more this is the case. go for the group not the individuals, create the context and most(especially women) will improv it to your desired outcome.

Nobody is doing it for you, they are doing it for themselves, align their motive with your desired outcome and let them pursue it all on their own. They will even ask you for help or advice and then be grateful you helped them reach "their" goal. you do not communicate directly, or undermine other peoples "directorial ambitions " that is what we in the theater community call bitches, you integrate that behavior into your own play and go for what you want in the most direct way possible, while keeping with the other guy's script. In hindsight if you get more out of his script that he did, you get the "credit". Think of a great performance by an actor in a superb movie that nobody knows who the director was.

in a one on one scenario(guy/girl), think of it as a performance piece, it doesn't have to make sense, it just has to feel great, be interesting and have great performances, think of it like a one man show with a assistant, this can be drama, comedy or erotica(that's the point anyway), lead and let her follow, remember she can't see the future and her commitment is all about how much she loves the ride.
