You could try being witty. That has worked for me. Or you could try being totally aloof. If a girl replies to a "sup" then she probably finds you really attractive. From there its about sending as few messages as possible to get her number. Once you have her number, set up a meeting (bar, coffee, walk around a public space etc.). Power through the initial awkwardness (you can make a joke about it or just focus on your body language) and be very handsy. These girls are likely sluts.

I just start chatting with them, whatever I feel like saying. If they answer and seem engaged after a bit of back and forth I move to set up a date, usually coffee. Then from there it's game on. Some will fuck first date. If not, they almost always want to fuck on the second date, or, if they don't want to fuck you, they'll reject you after the first date.

I dunno though, mess around and find what works for you. I have a friend who gets girls to come straight over for sex all the time, and his strategy is to say the most outrageous shit to them. I tried a similar style but I fucking sucked at it.
