I often book my Tinder dates for weekdays while I'm at work. This leaves my evenings clear to focus on myself, cook, clean, relax and go to the gym. I'm upper management, and spend a lot of time on my cellphone during the day. During dates, I make a point to ignore emails and texts. However on a bad day, I often get above and beyond 150 phone calls, from clients and employees. Often these are emergencies requiring quick attention and I'm the only one with the answer-- not bragging, that's just how it is. I don't want to see all these broads after work, but my job is my main focus, sometimes I'm stuck answering the phone while they sit idle looking at me in disapproval. We're looking into hiring me an assistant later this year, but I'm not sure what to do until then.

What do you guys suggest?
