Well yeah, don't trust anybody with something you're not prepared to have ruined. You'll never have another mom and you're expected to take care of yourself when you leave your parents house.

Some people can be married and have it go fine, but those same people are in a position of irreplacability, i.e. no other applicants are hotter, richer or more driven.

Anger often occurs when something can be done in a better way. A guy who hates his job realizes he has to do menial labor for a boss who doesn't give a fuck. If this guy gets a new job that he does like, then perhaps the thought of being back in that old situation might be offputting, but he lets go of his anger.

The anger is you realizing that AS THINGS ARE, you are getting fucked. If you follow the advice - lift, follow a hobby, read more, spend time working on game, improving yourself mercilessly, meditating, eating right, being more comfortable with your masculinity etc. then that is essentially the equivilant of "getting a new job" from my above metaphor. The amount of fucking over that happens to betas is offputting - but you'll be more of an alpha, so it doesn't make you angry anymore.

Another good quote I like is from Tim Ferriss' new TV show. His show is about hacking the learning process and seeing how quickly he can learn and demonstrate a new skill. He said in...I believe either the parkour or the swimming episode - "Always account for frustration. It's part of learning a new skill. It means you've started to make progress and are hitting your first roadblocks."

And finally, another analogy I like to use is /r/ atheism. A lot of the atheists on there are shockingly dogmatic, very into groupthink, and very angry. It's all the things they hated about religion, just without God. I went through that angry phase when I first converted out of Christianity as a teenager. But now as an adult, I hardly give a fuck - even though I still find many aspects of religion despicable, I just laugh about silly things religious folks say, and I certainly don't identify as or with other atheists because I've successfully navigated the change to my ways of thought. Same exact thing with the freshly awakened Red Pill Man. Right now, you're the teenager who just told Mom to go fuck herself and he's not going to Church anymore.

Don't forget there are many many wonderful things women do, and that old adage "can't live with, can't live without 'em." (Regardless of what MGTOW thinks). So feel your anger - just keep the "hate" (which I hope you don't have) on the forums where it won't seep into your or other people's lives. Don't get preachy or convert others to The Red Pill. (Especially because we're not a belief system, or a "we." This is a forum with information and stories and pseudo/broscience that happens to be reliable a lot of the time). Take te anger and channel it through your self-improvement process, and eventually you'll look back on the anger and laugh. You'll be cool headed. The anger is necessary, but please be careful not to go to far with letting it turn to hate or rage. Turn it into discipline and energy.

The only way to truly overcome the anger is to develop new values for your life that don't concern women.

In a year, I promise you won't be as angry – providing you work towards goals that will give you a purpose and a satisfaction beyond getting your dick wet.

Once you get out of the anger phase, you won't ever go back to it. Once you fully digest the pill you'll be able to enjoy the time you spend with women. You just have to internalize AWALT. You'll fuck women who are married, women in LTRs, and you won't even flinch. The past few months have been a real eye opener to the AF/BB dual mating strategy women have.

The best part about fucking a girl who has a beta locked down, is that she will do anything to please you. She'll cook you food and bring it over, she'll suck your dick and devour your cum, she will explore every fantasy you've ever had. She will try hard to qualify. All because her beta at home doesn't generate the tingles. She isn't being desired at home the way that she wants to. Simple as that.

We've all been the beta. The guy that got burned and screwed over. The guy that took 6 months to a year to finally let a girl go. Mr. Nice Guy. You're swallowing the pill and it's making you angry to see the world how it truly is. That's good. Channel that hate into something positive. Carve your masterpiece. Once you see women for how they truly are, you'll be able to play the game on your own terms. It's smooth sailing from there.

another thing that make me angry is the fact that girl spin plate by default ... I know that if I start meeting a girl she have the overhand on me and can get dick in second and this dick will not be mine...

It's like because of my low self-esteem and lack of self-awareness knowing I can be put on the bench in a second make me angry ...

Seem like I don't love myself and that is making me angry.
