I would consider myself in monk mode currently. I am working towards the image of the better me, and always trying to find ways to even surpass that image I have set no matter how awesome it may look to me now.

But, does accepting the challenge of monk mode, bring forth a commitment of abstinence? I know limiting distractions is vital to the success of monk mode, but wouldn't the lack of sexual release be a distraction in itself? And if Monk Mode does not include this temporary celibacy, I would assume that I would have to seriously drop my standards in who I would have a sexual relationship/encounter with because clearly if I was Alpha enough to attract the women I am attracted to I probably wouldn't be concerned with asking this part of the question.
