I've run into the same thing with juniors/seniors in college. I think the solution to the problem is to keep working on your frame. Don't compromise. Continue to make yourself higher value, and next girls who aren't giving you what you want. Don't settle for less. It all comes down to being more alpha.

Give less comfort, share less personal information. Be less predictable.

The most powerful tool for getting over LMR is to walk away.

When the girl says "not tonight", or "I don't want to fuck" and offers a blowjob instead you pull up your pants, turn the lights on, chat for a few minutes and leave. Try to feel no anger or resentment as you do it. The faster you leave the better. You show them that your time isn't free. Other guys may have success with other methods of overcoming LMR, such as caveman carry, but the freeze-out is the only thing that's worked reliably for me. Over the last 2 months I've tried non-freezeouts to get past LMR on 4 girls and it always failed. I'm not saying there aren't good methods out there, but I don't know how to pull them off.

Show them you're time isn't for free.

If you've already fucked before and you're confident she wants it my go-to is: "oh no problem, sex is not a big deal and try to sleep." In womanese you're saying "I'm already getting plenty of pussy, I don't need yours" (hint: she won't let you sleep)

Seeing you enforce boundaries will make her feel safe in your masculine presence. She'll know you stick to your guns, and will stand up to her if she's attacked. Additionally if you continue to make advances you're rewarding her bad behavior. Most of these bitches are playing the validation game, where they win when they're sure you want them. Instead, you're gonna make them wonder if you care.

50% of the time the freezeout will mean the end of the relationshipwhich is good because she's not interested anyway and the rest of the time she'll fuck you quickly when you meet up again. Very quickly.
