As some of you may recognize my posts, I have a physical disability Cerebral Palsy to be exact. Now RP has taught me a lot over the past year or so. It's taught me that I should be outcome independent, that I should stop giving so many fucks.

Basically, I've learned that I shouldn't have to go above and beyond for people just because the disability might limit me in some areas. I lacked so much confidence before, and I was so worried about being liked and accepted. This is a toxic mindset because sometimes no matter what you do, some people will not like you simply because of who you are.

However, as far as I've come, I still have my bad days. Sometimes I feel like it's not really as simple as just raising my SMV. I've noticed that I attract a lot of girls who are "broken" Sometimes this makes me feel like damaged goods myself. I'm doing my best to shed the victim mentality and "be the prize" but due to my disability I'm still fairly invisible to most girls. As far as the ones who do talk to me, I often feel like they're settling. No one likes to be settled for. Women are biologically programmed to avoid me since I look unhealthy.

I know TRP is not a therapy session, and I know that this is a battle I have to fight on my own. I also know that all of us are insecure for some reason or another. Could be height, weight, race... literally anything. So I ask you guys: How do I get past this inferiority complex and be the best version of myself?
