TL; DR - I got a tinder girls number. Things went smooth. Asked her out on date. No response. Skip transcript and go to main paragraph below for my dilemma.

Got a girl's number on tinder after five responses - very quick. She seemed interested. Here's the transcript:

M: Hey girly

H: Heyy

M: You've got good taste in men

H: I do

M: Well from one beautiful person to another we should get on well

H: Hopefully haha

M: Are you adventurous?

H: It depends. In what ways do you mean?

M: Sounds like my type of girl

H: [blushing emoji] haha

M: What's your number?

H [gives me her number]

I text her after about 30mins

M: Name's [my name]

H: Hey

M: What you doing?

H: watching [insert show]

M: A girl that has her priorities straight

H: Haha yeah

M: Your favorite show?

H: Yeah haha

The next morning, I say:

"Sat night [insert venue]. Swing around 9pm. Wear something nice."

She has not responded after 7 hours. Was I too forward/bold? I was trying to assume she was free and not ask (this is assertive?)

I think I should either

  1. wait and see if she replies/next her
  2. double-message (I know this is bad) and say: "You down girl?" (as in, "are you down for it?")

Or maybe ask her if she is free that night? Perhaps she was offended I assumed she was free.

I'll admit I have no abundance mentality at all. I am a 19yo virgin never been on a date. The first number I've gotten since starting tinder 2 weeks ago. Someone said "Get 5 more tinderalls." I know this is good for abundance mentality, but that would take another 10 weeks and is not helping my current situation.
