I meant text her some dread if she mentioned going back there again today? Or would you call her out directly -- I guess I'm just confused about weather to acknowledge that I was bothered by her bahaviour by talking to her or just not give it any validation at all.

I would do the dread in person. If you were going to call her out for how she was acting, you do it while it's happening or directly after, then you punish accordingly. You do it later and you are seen as a weakling who's been stewing butt hurt the last X hours/days and didn't have the guts to bring it up.

Stick with the dread game now. If she fucks this bartender (which looks unlikely from what you explained), you will then know what you need to know. Chances are, she was just drunk and letting go a little with her friend and probably trying to make you jealous a little bit because she's a woman and she gets off on it. If she wants to feel some feelings (that's what all women want/need all of the time and is basically what we are trying to do here), give her those feelings via dread game. Crank up the lifting, come home a little later from work, call her next time you're with your buddies and make sure the girls in the room are laughing, bring a card home from work that says: "thanks for everything bulldozer, you're the best XOXO <3" and tell her you didn't see who left it because you were at the gym on lunch and it was left at your desk.

Don't go nuclear and let her see you grope a chick in a bar or catch you at lunch with a younger, hotter girl, but if this is something you're that worried about, let her know other women want to fuck you. It's usually an instant reset button in almost every single relationship situation, and if this was the first time ever for this, it shouldn't take much.

There's nothing women love more than men loved by other women.

There's really only one question here:

Why are you going out with your girl and her friend? Why? What purpose does it serve unless you're going for the 3-some?

You have friends I assume, go out with them. There's nothing to gain from going out with your girlfriend and her friends.

It makes you look and sound weak, and no one (including your wife) will respect you for saying it. She will definitely not be turned on. "My woman" or "My wife" or something of the sort is better if you have to use a title. It's also something a woman would say. You are a man, act like it. Subtle little things like this turn women off and are bad habits that can lead you to thinking other little things are okay when they also make you look and sound weak.

So i guess i was just aware of the redpill before from reading the game when i was younger, i stumbled upon this sub a couple times always agreeing with what was being said but never really read the required readings and stuff, now i've gone off the deepend and ordered them all, been on a binge reading all the sidebar material

I've been making efforts to improve myself and learn as much as possible, i realized i guess i became comfortable and let bp tendencies slip in--- i somehow started to believe the happy wife happy life bullshit and failed enough compliancetests shittest and somewhere along the way she stopped respecting me-- for the past week or so i've really made strides in changing faces and found alot of areas in my life i was lacking a masculine energy in and have become alot more proactive.

tldr: i've started to ingest the whole redpill and i'm seeing positive results. shittests are flying but i'm passing with colors, she's alot more affectionate now and i have seen a huge difference in her happiness, i feel like i fell asleep at the wheel but this situation snapped me out of it and i'm back in command.

my primary goal is to work on self validation issues which i suppose the area in my life that i was lacking the most... thanks for all the comments mates.

I guess it just didn't sit right with me that I felt like I was intruding and wasn't really welcomed but moreso being mocked by their attraction to this guy I tried to salvage the situation by later bringing him up in jest with the get shredded part.

And no I don't want her to hide her sexuality but i would at least expect some kind of nod to me whereas I felt like a witness whereas i was not a party to be involved I guess that's why I felt disrespected because i strive to envolve her in all our sexual kinks and stuff and i almost felt like cuckolded
