She swore she didn't do anything but later admitted they had kissed.

Tickle truth. That may or may not be the whole truth, but you'll never really know, and the thought of what really happened can consume you.

However, having a fight is not a real excuse for that shit, both the panic attack and the bathroom scenario, it sounds like some real hamstering to make up an excuse for doing what she wanted to do. I would demote her to plate, display less (or no) affection, and make her earn it again.

Any time a girl freaks out or has an "emotional" issue it's complete horseshit. Dump her and find ten other girls.

Dump her. That's cheating. And imo a guy's cheating is not as bad as a girl's cheating. You can ask really close girl friends themselves, they will agree with you. If you really want her she had better apologized profusely begging you to take her back promising that shit would never happen again. Even then she's always going to know this in the back of her mind... well he did let this slide. She saw a small break in your frame and your frame now says I have accepted you even if you cheated on me. If this happens again, she's going to be guilty but never going to come clean. Its going to hard to trust her again, and its mentally going to be taxing. And because of that problem, it might cause you to push her away in the future. And you might develop insecurities.

Best course of action. If you are not incredibly attached to her, you should drop her. You are so young. There's so many other girls out there.

This might go against trp advice, but if you take her back let her know that you also cheated on her. This will set the frame that you only accepted her because you also cheated on her, and you are capable of cheating. Let her bring up the issue and make it a mutual agreement to never cheat again.
