What more do you want to know. Abundance mentality isn't some ancient philosophical practice. It's a fact. There's billions of girls in this world. Odds are, more than one is going to want to fuck you. So you use it as a tool to unleash you actual alpha self. With abundance mentality in mind, you are able to do whatever you want with the girl or girls you are gaming. You can talk to them any way you want, you can split tabs every single date, you can kick a girl out if she isn't DTF, you a free to treat girls how they want to be treated instead of always being careful around them. The reason why guys are beta, is because they think if they are nice to a girl that's what will keep her around and they lack an abundance mentality so they feel the need to keep this around because without her... there's no one. So they choose their words carefully and totally cut off their balls and hand them to the girl so she won't leave because he lacks the idea of an abundance of women out there that he can get. But a man with an abundance mentality just says fuck it, I do what I want and if she has a problem with it, there's the door... I can replace you in 2 days.

It's not like it something you have to practice. But it is something that will get easier to remember if you use it to remind yourself. Example: whenever I'm gaming girls or I'm hanging out or txting my plates and FWB, whenever I start to worry about a plate falling off, or wonder if I should do this because she might not like it. I actually say out loud to myself "abundance mentality" and then continue on.
