Ok, so some background, i meet this chick and everything goes well. i lead the conversation while teasing her a bit, being physical and beating some shit tests. She gives me an opportunity to walk her home and i take it. So now i'm walking her home and i'm starting to further escalate physically and a bit conversationally. About a quarter of the way into the walk she asks me where i live, i tell her i don't live so far just a bit to the east side. She then tells me that i need to stop walking her when we get halfway there. I ask her why in which she replied that she lived too far away from where i live and that she didn't want me to walk too much. I said that i don't care, i'm bored at home and i wanna walk you home. She persist, but i ignore it and drive back into our regular conversation. I make the convo a bit more emotionally intriguing to which she gives in. By this time we are about half way there. She goes back to how she wants me to go home. I explain myself again and tease her about it. She then goes on to say that she wants to go home alone as it makes her feel independent. We talk about this a little more and i don't know what to really do. A part of me is saying to go fuck it, take the lead and cross the street and continue to walk her home. Another part is saying to just go home, especially since i did kinda wanna go home as it was pretty far away. She did sound pretty serious about it and it could be a sign that she doesn't want to hang out with me. Anyways, i choose to go home. She told me that next time i can walk her further. I joke and say that there might not be a next time. We hugged and i left. Now with all the information i ask you, is what i did right? What should've i done? Should i walk her next time?
