Had this same thing happened tonight. Had a good date, kept it under an hour, planned another one but leaving was kind of rushed and we went our separate ways. I always initiate first kiss but I don't try to force something if i know it won't go well. If it doesn't escalate next time, I'll next but I try to have a little patience after only one date.

Well, kiss or not. Only way for you to know if shes still interested is a second date. So I would guess if shes up for that shes interested. But that makes me wonder if she wants to have a second date with you because you didn't try to sexualize things on a date, OR she wants to see if there's anything sexual about you.
