Hey AskRP,
Well this is going to be my first thread on reddit ever, so bear with me. Discovered RP two and some months ago, and every day I'm growing to love it more and more. I'm still holding my V-Card and I've kissed a girl only once (didn't even like her too much, and was really short), but I decided that I need to work on my inner-game and confidence (hard AA) before I try and open anyone.
I've begun meditating in order to help me focus in my studies and and maybe lessen the effects of my AA though I'm still really beginning (~two weeks). I find it really hard to stay up-right in terms of posture, up until now I've been leaning against an object in order to help me keep my back straight and head parallel to the ground, with quite good results. Though I feel like the "right" way would be without any assistance from the outside, and thus I want to be able to meditate without needing to lean on something.
Whenever I try I feel like I'm about to fall backwards, my inner thighs' muscles get tired (I THINK it's the adductor muscles, but I'm not a doctor so it's hard for me to differ from one another), my back arcs inwards and my head drops a little. Was just wandering if you guys have any tips for a begginer to correct this posture, especially an exercise to strengthen up those inner-thigh muscles.
TL;DR Starting to medidate, new to this, hard to keep (what I think is) good posture. Tips and tricks are more than welcome (especially an exercise for the inner-thigh).
