I kinda got this idea from Patrice O Neal and I've been cheated on so I was kinda forced to do this. Every time I meet a woman I imagine them taking a huge load to the face and other dirty shit. That way I keep myself in check and take her down from the pedestal. I basically view her as a sexual being and not the future mother of my children. There's no easy way because like yourself, I've struggled with this my whole life. It comes from how we were raised within first two years of life. It will take lots of therapy (can be self help, doesn't mean paid in chair therapy). I've gotten much better myself but it's still a bitch. There's no easy answer, you will just need to work on yourself over time
