I've been approaching a lot. I get a number 90% of the time. But, it never goes anywhere. I'll text for logistics but they usually just go forever silent after a few exchanges. Do I need to build more rapport in person?

There's also today. I walked up to a hb8 today. I confidently approached as usual. Before I could say anything other than hi. She gave me the meanest look on her face and walked off. I can't say it didn't sting because at least 20 people saw it. But, I think that motivated me to get out there again tonight and try some more.
