Something I do is listen to The Black Philip show by Patrice Oneal. It's funny and really great at putting you back on the path through Patrice's brutal honesty. He's now dead and they only had 12 episodes but they are all great and whenever I catch myself slipping I throw it on.

Approach other girls

I've always looked to the future naturally. Once I've finished with a girl my mind simple continues focusesing on my future. She's no longer part of that so she's no longer part of my thought process.

Obviously immediately after things have ended I think about her instead of the future however the future being my normal way of thinking means no girl stays in my head longer than a couple of weeks before I utterly forget about them.

Delete all her shit, give it a couple months and it will get better. Might take you a while or never but just don't leave anything around that will trigger a thought of her and keep busy.
