I understand that career and social life are both important so I ask this question more out of interest and for theory clarification than for practical advice. I'm 23 this year and when I look on social media I see not much has changed since high school. Most of the nerds from HS are graduating with STEM degrees and have good career prospects but lackluster dating/social lives while most of the 'jocks' work deadend jobs but have active social lives and get pussy on the regular. So this raises the question for me: We all know that social status is attractive to women and due to their hypergamous nature they are designed to seek out the highest status male (ie The Alpha). But what is social status in the context of the SMP? Is it making good money and having a prestigious job title or is it being popular in a social group?
