If for some reason you are still interested in this girl after a shitty response like that, tell her you already made other plans for that day and pick another day for a retry. If she gives you the same vague answer again then next her.

Her answer to these questions should either be "yes" or "no, i can't that day, but would X day work?" If it's not one of these 2 then you should be nexting the girl.
