And also watch what you eat/drink. If you're a heavy coffee drinker stop. It stains your teeth.

If you really want quicker results you can also pay 200-300 dollars and get your teeth whitened by a professional.

Hit the dentist every 3-6 months for a routine checkup. They can catch a bad tooth before it looks like your aunt and uncle with type 2 diabetes who have been smoking their whole life.

A whitening toothpaste, a whitening mouthwash, and Crest white strips. That’s what I do and my teeth are VERY white.
