Go as a regular customer in your time-off when you know she's working. if the fragrance is for girls say you're looking for a friend. act as a customer but tease her a bit and trigger emotion. when you see it's time to buy something or the customer-salesperson relation is about to vanish. Tell her something like..."You know what, I lied to you. I don't need a fragrance. But I think (XYZ thing about her) it's (insert adjective. cute, elegant, interesting, whatever) and I want to know what are you doing later or I want to go out with you later ". if she agrees, make a small purchase or something and make her write you her number if there's no one around just get it on your phone.That's how I would do it.

She works close to you and she goes to your gym.

This is very closely a don't shit where you eat scenario.

If you have abundance mentality (like you should) you would just approach girls in other places and not risk making your usual environments awkward or uncomfortable.

But if you want to ignore that and miraculously grow some decent sized balls and approach your oneitis.. you want to do it indirectly.

She works in your area and you go to the same gym and you went to school together. If you can't come up with an opener then you are clinically mentally retarded.

Open this girl and be friendly. Talk about how you've seen her around but that she's never had the chance to talk to you. Neg her lightly. Tell her that she should work out with you sometime and get her number.

Worst case scenario if you get rejected, it's not that harshly. She'll just assume that you're friendly.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
