Context: Im attending college(21yrs). Going home at weekends. Seriously I dont like being at home. I have to work around the house, whenever I go home, and they dont respect my time(mostly my father). I had to study, I will have exams, even tough I couldnt because I had to work(all this weekend from light till dark) My little bro could also help(as I did when i was his age..) but they just let him play on pc all day. My notebook broke, and they agreed they will get me a new one. But ofc they will buy it personally because they wont get me a "shit gamer one". I like to game occasionally, and I would buy one to last me years, so it wont be a bad financial decision. Once again, I am not telling you this to whine and bitch about it, but I wanna give you some context, if you too think they are overcontrolling.

So another thing, i spent all the exam period in the hostel on uni, It was better to study there, and as I said i dont like being home because of them.. So they kept asking why am I not going home, what the hell Im doing there all day etc. Its so annoying, I cant even answer these questions.

Also my dad is a natural alpha, and I cant really go against him. I think I should.

Ps: I KNOW someone will say I should work, but I cant. I am on engineering, one of the best unis in my country, and I have already fucked up a semester without working (and I hardly went to any parties to skip studying)

Are there any solutions to this, or theres is just one to: get trough this final 3 semesters, then get the hell away as far as I can??
