If a woman is attracted enough to you to have casual sex with you, she won't give you trouble about it. The first meeting (or first few) is usually at a bar close to one of your residences - drinks for an hour then home for sex. Then after the casual nature of your relationship is established, it's literally just a "what are you doing tonight" text and if you're both free, someone shows up at the other person's apartment and leaves afterward.
