Charisma matrix had a decent video about this, it’s called “never run out of things to say” or something similar.

Generally let them talk more and lead the conversation by asking questions. Also I heard somewhere than you never really run out of things to say, you just hold yourself back from saying them. Keep that in mind and try to lower your inhibitions.

It means you make whatever you're talking about emotional and fun. Take the weather for example.

Unemotional & boring: It's supposed to rain today, huh (dumb nervous laughter as if the interaction isnt a fucking sleep show)

Emotional & fun: This weather is the terrible. Her: it's not that bad. See, it's not the fact that it's going to rain that bothers me, it's that God is just teasing us with this ominous humidity. (If she's interested in the conversation, take some risk) You ever do spanking in the bedroom? Her: what?! Picture it like this, you're bent over, ass cheeks exposed, and he's just holding the paddle like a batter waiting for the pitch. You know it's coming, but you don't know when. That's what's bothering me here, I know God is just waiting to slam down the rain paddle on my bare cheeks, but I don't know when it's coming.
