This is you making excuses for being a pussy. Your social skills suck. If you actually think you're going to get to the level of looks, money, and "social" where you don't have to actively meet girls, they'll "come to you", you're insane. In another comment you said MGTOW seems extreme - this is literally what you're advocating for in your post. Sure, right now it's just "temporary" until I "get my looks money and social" in order. In a year when you haven't approached or talked to any women, you'll again rationalize your fear away, getting a little closer to MGTOW. "Just one more year of monk mode, then I'll be ready." Fast forward 5 years, and you've just wasted your twenties and don't know anything about women. Now full MGTOW doesn't sound so bad. This is your path.

Yes you should. MGTOW is bullshit unless they have the ability to slay. Your not a man going your own way if you realize that you suck with girls so instead of getting good with them you’ll just work on yourself exclusively. IMO to be a MGTOW, you must CHOOSE to focus on other aspects of your life OVER your harem of chicks. If you don’t have plates and your like fuck these bitches I’ll just focus on myself your in denial. I’m not saying that you should make woman your mission in life. I am saying that choosing your mission over EXISTING/potential sexual relationships is what makes you MGTOW.

Or, you can be open to the opportunity with women even if you're not actively pursuing it. You don't mind the drought because you're not getting it, once you are you'll mind that drought

Ok. I was really not thinking of approaching the right way.

This will give me something to think about. I thought it was corny or something only PUA's did.

Didn't really even think of it being an actual self-improvement thing in itself.

The one time I did 5 approaches in a day sober, I felt like I was on cloud 9.

I'll get back to that.

Appreciate the perspective.
