Hi fellow RP'ers

Over the past year I have turned this whole thing around - it was an abusive cohabitation with a feminist who basically used me as a "time hoe". One year later, I escaped her clutches, am in great physical shape (same weight better build than undergrad) working with a kickass company with awesome leadership that lets MGTOW reign supreme, and making good money doing fulfilling stuff day in and day out. Now, my main thing - my accessing of the p-sleeve has gone down precipitously since breaking up. I am 25 years old. I don't know if I should give up altogether on online dating apps (please suggest good ones if applicable). Going out for tang is a total hit-or-miss because it seems a lot of these girls already have an agenda, are "babysitting" their crazy friend who might be a good dig (or part of a conglomerate of mostly taken girls/hyenas), or just a drunk/fat/feminist mess that's not worth it. Admittedly I haven't gone out all that frequently in the last 2 years and probably have a negative confirmation bias (trying to be balanced and not generalize).

I think about this situation with ambivalence. The primary goal is efficiency, something enjoyable that rarely bleeds into other aspects of my life (ie. avoiding LTR's unless it makes sense). I have the desire for a no-strings attached situation. My situation is working out as a guy who is building his SMV (physique, professional skills, intellect, financial, etc). Would you RP'ers make suggestions as to what to look into/read/download to maximize efficiency and get quality lays 2-4x a month with worthwhile babes.
