I'm 20, I'm in uni and I broke up with my LTR 3 months ago now. I had an LTR for a year and it was amazing while it lasted, but it being my first LTR means it definitely lasted.
I'm in uni for my second year now, going to a whole new city (while I lived in a village or town if you will) and with that came my goal to network, since I simply wanted to do everything better than I had done before. In the past 2 years, I think I almost doubled the amount of people I know, people that are in the same boat as I am. My personal goal in socializing is thus trying to expand my network.
However, since I am single again now, I want more. I've lately started lifting and I'm trying to go out more, but there is only so much I can do given that I have so far passed all my courses and I'm doing an additional Honors track, something that helps me develop myself massively in my major (computer science) and overall helps me reach my goal. With one or two 'mandatory' drinks weekly I barely have time to go out and mainly meet people in cozy and chill places. But even here, I feel like I have lost my game by trying to game women while in my LTR without actually reaching any 'next stage.'
My looks are not that great, average at most, but I have a good posture, no glasses etc. which make it a lot better. That is not enough to make up for it, and I have to have it from my game when talking to women. For some reason, it's like I completely lost my game and it's slowly breaking me down, even looking for some attention with my past LTR lately.
Granted, because I am at a university of technology, women are a minority and the few really good looking ones surround themselves with the tens or other beta orbiters because it's so damn easy for them to do that here, it gives them an ego that doesn't help anyone. The worse looking ones are easier, meaning you often have to 'go with' whatever's on the market, but with this ugly Chinese girl stalking me now and creeping the shit out of me because 'she likes me' I would prefer to leave them out all together. Does anyone have any tips/new reading material for someone in this situation?
Tl;dr university of technology student who looks average at most but with a good posture, where women are in great minority, broke up with 1 year LTR 3 months ago and feel like I lost my game. Going out as much as possible with the limited time I have (read for details), need tips on how I 'redeem' myself again.
