I'm 25. Working on this job from november. I started off as a call center operator, got promoted to dispatcher in January. have twice as mush salary than I ever got on my previous jobs.

3 out of 4 opertarors are women. Failed shit tests hard, they didnt like me commanding and complained to our boss that I'm too aggressive and always rude.

Week later he told me "I wanted to fire you last week"

Now about a job it's 5 days/w, 12 h/day from 4 pm to 4 am and super stressful, I have 40+ drivers and 3 shitty call center operators on my command. Boss thinks that I'm not doing my job at all, always asking me "are you in office?", "did you contact X" checking everything I do.

I'm really tired, dont have time to do anything, didnt go to gym in 3 month, I only sleep and work for.

There supposed to be change in work hours from 12h to 6h night shift, but then boss said "you gonna work 1 more month 12h a day, we gona get video cams and then we gona decide what to do with you"

Payment is good, but I dont think I can do this job anymore. I hate my boss, colleagues, most of the money goes for food and traveling expenses.
