Hey guys, so basically I've been talking to this girl for a while now and we've hung out a few times and made out and stuff but not beyond that. Our texting schedule is kind of weird, we send like one text a day (basically wait 12+ hours before responding) but the conversations don't really go anywhere. I feel like if I don't ask to hang out, we never will but I know for a fact she likes me. We were texting every couple of hours about a month ago but I started waiting a day or so before responding to increase dread and try to get her to ask to hangout but it's basically just lead to really long wait times for responses and not the reaction I wanted. My question is this: do I ask her to hang out? Should I cut off all communication to her for like a week? Should I make the conversations more direct/sexual? I am confident she is into me but I think she's too nervous to make a move so that's why I'm here asking whether I should continue to ask her/how to ask her (without seeming clingy) or leave it up to her whether she wants to chase and cut off communication. EDIT: so a lot of you guys have been saying to just ask to hang and be direct with her but what if she says she's busy that day? Should I ask her when she's free at that point, wait to ask again, or wait for her to ask me? If she says she's busy a couple times in a row do I just stop talking to her altogether? Because I don't see the point of continuing to talk if we aren't going to hang out.
