Definitely read both sidebars.

TRP sidebar is more general and about the overarching principles.

Asktrp sidebar is more for specific situations (so people don’t ask the same obvious questions) and more practical applications. Eg here, there are a couple PUA-centric/style posts whereas the trp sidebar is more red pill than PUA.

Handbook is a collection of posts that best summarise trp/is a collection of the best posts.

Read the handbook after the sidebars.

I have read the main sidebar and part of this sidebar, but not the handbook. As far as I understand:

TRP's sidebar is theoretical discussion about the nature of women, men and their relation; important fundamentals to get into the mindset, but only vague/general actions.

AskTRP's sidebar is more applied and is the what I have to do if... type of thing; exposes lots of specific scenarios and their answer.
