What to do if a girl applies dread to me after I apply dread to her?

I go out with a "female friend" and then she finds a male guy.

I take an hour to reply and she suddenly starts taking an hour to reply.

I start going to the gym and she starts doing the same.

I thought practicing dread would make girls more interested? With this girl, when I don't do dread games then she doesn't do them either. She replies fast and is easy going, but when I try out dread she starts pulling all of these things?
