It is. You're not alone. I still struggle with it. But I'm a lot better than I used to be. 2 years ago I would spend multiple hours every day on it. There were days I had nothing going on where I had 10 hour sessions. That was at rock bottom of my addiction. Looking back, it was just like a hard drug. It fucked my mind up really bad.
Just imagine that every time you got really horny, instead of looking at these images and content on a screen, you had a female to suck your dick and to go have sex with. You won't ever get to that point if you keep porn as your comfort tool because it will kill your drive to go out and establish relationships with real girls.
