Stay home and save. If ur relationship with ur mother is good. Stay home and save as much as you can. Buying a house in today's market is very lucky. Ppl renting today are fucked because either they want to or they don't have enough of a down payment. Sacrifice now for later. I'm saving up for a house in the next 3 years and I live wit my family currently. It sucks sometimes but you gotta do what you gotta do as a Man. You have a choice. A lot of ppl are thrown our their homes because their families are drug addicts or abusers. Up to you but I say stay home and save. I saved over $90,000 over the last 6 years saving wit my family. This year alone with OT I saved $60,000 since I got my dream job. Good luck you brother.

Stay at home for another 3-6 months

1) use this time to get a 3-6 months head start on stacking bread for WHATEVER may happen down the road. You be like most young dudes, jump out there(desperate to escape mommy and daddy), realize shit is hard(you already know since you say you did it before), MORE UNFORSEEN SHIT HITS THE FAN, BAM! all your money down the drain(assed out), and it's back to daddy's rules ANYWAY. Don't be that guy.

2) stack at least 30-50% of EVERY PAYCHECK while still giving your folks alittle "grease for the groove". That way you set yourself up for success AND keep them off your back(can't call you a freeloader when you're giving them some cheddar).

3) if you really want to hookup, a chick should have somewhere to bring you back to(assuming she doesn't live with her betabux) or you can spring the $50-$70 bucks for a cheap motel room to fuck that bitch silly for a few hours.

If you don’t have any emotional or mental hang-ups with living at home, then do it. A year is nothing when your goals are long term.

Put a huge down payment on a house. Live the dream. Paying rent is a scam.

Honestly, and prospect the house you want from time to time, if the oportunity shows, u leave before, and sleep in the couch, it's closer to the door.

Please stay at home and save. Less bills = more money for yourself. There may be times you wish you had a place but better to save and have money moving out than moving out due to frustration from whatever.

Anyone telling you to stay home is delusional. You can't put a price on the opportunity cost of spending your formulative years living with your mom. This community is completely dead.

A year of your 20s wasted being a monk is something you will never get back with all of the money in the world.

If you can bring plates over to your moms then definitely stay.

Investing 1 year of your life in order to gain such a valuable life long asset is a great idea.

If you're in your 20's, then having your own house during your 30's and beyond is setting you up for an easier ride down the line.

Unless you are completely miserable at your moms, then you should move out cause imo, mental health is always more important than money.
