Try to find another girl that’s better than the one before her and start fucking her

For example, I dated this one girl who was my first back in 2017. But she was extremely bad at sex. I also lost frame a bunch of times and acted like an emotional bitch, which unsurprisingly turns them off. I’m not going to lie, I had oneitis for a chick for 10+ years. She spent only one of those years fucking me. I told myself over and over again that she was the only one I want/need. While she moved on, I couldn’t. This affected my relationships with other women. I kept comparing every woman I dated to the “one”. But then I started watching AMS, Rollo Tomassi, Rich Cooper, FitXFearless.. those guys helped me realize that she really, honestly, truly is not the one because there is no “one”.

You have to realize that a woman is incapable of loving a man. She can only love how you make her feel. Women are constantly hedging their bets and lining up replacements even if you think the relationship is going well.

You have to realize that you are the prize and you can & WILL do better than her. Because if you looked at the situation with new eyes you’d realize that she probably brings nothing to the table other than pussy.

Treat yourself the way your best friend would. Tell yourself that she ain’t shit and you have better shit to spend time on anyway. You can do it.
