She's not fully sold yet. Hence her request for the IG and kicking the can down the road a bit, which isn't to say the date won't happen. Could be a value issue. Could be a comfort one. Sometimes when a woman says kicks the can down the road I call it out playfully. I do this, because once I started getting this part of my life handled and was juggling a bunch of dates, women themselves started saying this to me.

Also, while many men have been sold a lie that being "non needy" is the only thing that matters in attracting women, I believe having healthy entitlement matters too. So again it depends. Sometimes I press the matter. Sometimes I don't. Also, when she asks for my IG, I sometimes give her some playful shit for wanting to stalk. Again, this is about me marching to the beat of my own drum and not being overly compliant.

Yes share the ig, reply with noncommittal "kk ill hit you up", and if it goes quiet now then later in the week you can ping her with a low-commitment text/meme between now and next friday. after some time simply ask if she can go to place at time on day, unless she has explicitly responded negatively for some reason.

if yes, you're in. if not, you can rinse repeat but best to keep on approaching in the meanwhile

A few mistakes:

Don't ask women when they are free. You are punting the ball over to them when the ball should always be in your possession. You are the man. Lead. Period. Say: "I want to take you out so we can get to know each other better. How is this Thursday or Friday evening?"

If she can't, she can suggest another day. She told you she is available a week or whatever from now. That's fine. Schedule the date. Don't be a loser excuser who thinks she will forget about you and stumble on another random guys dick the second she gets off the phone with you. Schedule the date and tell her you look forward to getting to know her better. Say you will reach out in a few days with a specific time and place if you haven't already planned that.

You don't need to be constantly in touch with her. Just every few days you can text: "Hope the move is going well. I would volunteer to help you move boxes but I just got finished with leg day at the gym and can barely walk ;) j/k. How about you?"

Just share something about your day and ask her "how about you?". Don't talk about boring mundane stuff, how her day is going, where she's moving to, blah blah blah. Share something from your personal perspective and then ask her to share something as well. Then leave it be. Don't over text. Just here and there.
