Relax. If someone educates you on why you are scared to talk to girls, it becomes easy.

EVERY man has approach anxiety because evolution printed it on our DNA as a survival mechanism because in the distant past a woman rejecting you could have got you killed.

For thousands of years humans lived in tribes, and when a man got rejected he could be exiled or even executed, so we developed anxiety to act as a safety alarm to prevent the consequences of rejection, and to this day that anxiety exists in our genes.

The players still have this anxiety but they learned how to disregard it by realizing we are in modern times and we don't operate in tribes, so approach anxiety serves no purpose. As long as you don't do anything crazy or stupid, you won't face harsh consequences if u get rejected, nobody will care and the girl will forget about you the next day. The fact that no one cares is a good thing in this sense.

My only advice is don’t read or watch too much theory. At the end of the day everyone does game differently. You need to do a lot of trial and error and shoot volume first. Then you start finding out what your strengths are and what sticks. This means getting in reps and picking up patterns quick. How to vibe, how to close etc. In the beginning I think focusing on rejection exposure. Blow outs happen but you gotta be strategic and just go for the girls you’re actually into and make it low stakes. If you make shit high stakes you’re gonna scare yourself into not approaching. Keep in mind once you get better you need to start applying things that work and aim for the win eventually numbers won’t mean anything or dates what will matter more is how comfortable she is with you taking the lead.

I mean even if I am exposed to girls I tend to be in my phone or sit in a corner cause I don’t know what to talk and how to continue after basic convo.

Its ok to end the semester a Virgin , the only way to have a 100% control of that outcome IS to pay someone to fuck you. Which, honestly, IS sadder than ending the semester a Virgin. Know from experience.

Now, about maximizing our chances, Accepting bad outcomes and detaching yourself from the result Will be the first step. Accept that its ok if you dont score. You cant do the things that are needed (to score) if you are not on that mindset , so first Accept that its ok. If not you Will Chase away Girls with your needyness.

After this, there are Two steps:

1) you need to increase your exposure to the opposite sex , exposure doesnt mean just looking at Girls, It means talking to them, getting to know them. Three strategies are available:

a) increase your exposure to social circles with Girls in It (theater, arts, hiking and other sports, maybe a book club or language class)

B) online dating

C) cold aproaching Girls.

All three of them can be effective. Maximizing chances of scoring in a specific timeframe, by lógic would mean trying the three of them, see which one gives better result, and Focus on the one that has best return for time invested. Ideally you would go the self development route and improve your effectiveness in all of them. I leave that decisión wether to specialize or not, Up to you.

This Will only get your first foot in the door of meeting them. Now , the difficult part:

2) learn to seduce, and be atractive. There are entire books on this subject, this reddit post Will not CUT It. I recommend reading if you are in a Hurry or getting a good coach (those are not abundant or cheap). Maybe ask around here for típs. I personally recommend models, from Mark manson, and all his selfhelp literature and YouTube Channel.
