Today I left pretty early, got to downtown at around 15:00, there were more people than I initially expected. I felt a surge of anxiety come over me when I exited the train station, also my stomach was in pain because of eating too much chocolate "Faaaakkk". I walked around for about 30 minutes until I finally decided that I had to go and sit down for a little bit, I went to grab some food, ate and went out once more. This time my anxiety wasn't as intense, but it was still there. I started to play an audio that I downloaded from the internet, recorded by a guy named Tom Torero, it was basically a infield guide to daygame. The challenges were pretty simple at first, like ask for directions which I was already familiar with, but then increased in difficulty. "Now, go up to a girl that is dating age and give her a compliment", it seemed pretty easy, but it took me about an hour to complete. Walking in circles trying to motivate myself to approach a good looking female and give her a compliment was one of the most difficult things yet! But after doing it once (nervously) I gained a tremendous amounts of confidence as well as a feeling of dizziness. One more and I was feeling pretty confident, three, four and time for a break. Grabbed some tea in starbucks, chilled and watched some daygame theory videos, also noticed a guy sitting next to me that was doing daygame too, yay! After finishing my beverage I went out again for a few minutes, but this time with loads of confidence, I complimented 2 more pretty strangers and left for home.
I definitely feel like I am making a lot of progress, three weeks ago I couldn't even approach a person and now I'm complimenting hot girls, it might seem like little but to me it's huge!!! Progress is made by doing the little things, taking the little steps, and I think that this is the best way to truly understand your actions.
