After breaking up with my ex, I haven't been in any relationship for 10 months already. I've tried to get her back, but she is stuck with another guy and won't do anything to make up her mind and do something about her incompatibility that's she is having right now. I cannot wait for her anymore. Right now I'm very good friends with this one cute co-worker of mine and I actually like her.

But she said one time about how she doesn't date co-workers and often tell me stories about random co-workers asking her out and she just felt uncomfortable with it. She's also white and I'm an international student that sometimes makes me feel like she's out of my league. It won't be a long term thing since I'm moving back to my country after I finish my studies here. What should I do? Should I just ask her out? Or just wait for my ex?
