Work on inner game, level up yourself physically and mentally. Read books. There's someone out there for you.

Know yourself, and your worth. Don't hurt women, with "games" just to get a lay, be in the moment and treasure experiences together. If she doesn't want you, don't force it. Just move on and upgrade.

For me, seeing a girl genuinely just fucking smile at a joke or sexual innuendo I just made is priceless. Find your priceless and chase it.
