I only did my few approaches while I doing some other activity such as shopping for groceries, clothes etc and and they were only a pair of approaches per day. I want to scale up my behaviour by going out with the sole purpose of gaming!

How many approaches should I aim for in the span of 3 hours in a big city like Milan, Italy, considering the fact that I can speak italian?
