Inner game is those intangibles that you can’t really measure or do right away: * The way you act, * The way you come across, * The mindsets you have, * They are all big picture things that take a long time to learn.

It’s important to know them because without them you are just learning techniques without any substance behind them. So for example, if you watched me talk to a girl and then went and copied me line for line and tried it on a different girl…it's probably not going to work. This is because it's not you. You won’t be coming across the way you should. You’ll just be like a robot. Inner game is your confidence with who you are as a person. Not the close you wear or the way you look (or anything external). It comes down to your lifestyle and all those other intangibles I mentioned earlier. Are you living a lifestyle that is attractive to others?

Inner game started to make so much more sense to me after I figured out something I like to call Fearless Form. * Fearless form What I consider to be fearless form is kinda like that scene from the matrix. There's that scene where Neo doesn’t really know what he’s doing yet or if he's the chosen one but then at one point he just figures everything out and starts dodging bullets. That's exactly what I feel like when I am in fearless form. Things just seem to click, you know what to do and you're confident and overall you really you just feel great. The cool thing about getting into fearless form is that it is very easy to repeat. And once you know how to do it, you can get back there every time you go out. Think about it like trying to get through a brick wall. The first time you do it, it’s going to be very hard and maybe you won’t even get there. But you will do some damage to the wall. when you keep going after it, eventually, you are going to break through. Once you break through and understand that feeling and know how you got there, that brick wall gets replaced with like a doggie door. You can easily get through it with not much effort and THIS is when pickup becomes one of the most fun things in the world. When you are in Fearless Form and you feel great in an environment that used to scare the shit out of you (party, bar, club) you are chipping away at your insecurities. When you feel confident in a situation that used to scare the shit out of you, you build your inner confidence because you start to become happy with the person you are. You start to feel like you are a valuable person and you start to feel like you are worthy of getting girls. This is a long process but building inner game should be the absolute main goal for anyone out there that considers themselves a newbie. At this stage, don't focus on results. You want to learn a foundation and this will seriously help you out so much later down the road. * If you guys are interested in how I get into god mode read this article I wrote about approach anxiety and explains exactly how I get into Fearless Form every single time I go out.https://myeasyconfidence.com/how-to-get-over-approach-anxiety-like-a-boss
