Alright, I literally just met up with a girl a few mins ago and to you're question whether or not it's hard, it's really not. I've never in my life been at a worse point neither physically or mentally than I am right now- and some how I still managed to walk away from this meeting pretty successfully.

At its core, I think tinder dates are nice because you know they find you at least a little bit attractive in some way so in my eyes you're already half way and from here you just gotta not fuck it up. How do you make sure you dont fuck it up then? Well you can never make 100% sure of anything in life but you can do the next best thing. Statistically speaking most women they love dominance and confidence- so if you meet up with the chick and you constantly assert dominance, pass shit-tests and glow in confidence (in my case, fake til you make it) you win.

When it comes to the kiss literally anything can spark it as long as you follow the guidelines above- because remember she already swiped on you! For me today I literally turned from a sad/dreadful conversation about global warming and death in her home country to "well I better do this thing now while I have the chance then" and then kissed her. (She laughed)

Yea you need to work on your mind and the way you think. I personally get really pretty girls giving me IOIs. It's all about your vibe. Act like a 10 and you will attract beautiful girls. Keep working on your self and develop a frame. You don't wanna put anyone down either. Don't talk bad about people. Here's what I look like. Looks - How well you dress/how fit you are.
Vibe - Have a sexual vibe. - (Amp this up by re-framing your mind and the way you think and behave.) Good body language. Posture, Vocal Tonality, Relaxed Eye contact.
Game - How good your game is. (Practice on waitresses, store clerks, ect.) If you catch them looking at you from a far ask them how there morning is going while giving them eye-contact. Practice this and be in the moment.
