I'm in year 11in high school and I've got these two friends who are really good at talking to girls, both of these guys aren't particularly good looking, I'd actually say that I'm a little better looking than them. Anyway I feel like I can be friends with girls but I feel like I can't really attract them to be more. I wish I could do it effortlessly like my friends but I'm not as loud and charismatic as them

Any Advice? :)
