How to create general-life passion?

What values do you look for in a women that you also share? Are drive, passion and motivation some of them or do you prefer someone more laidback as well? I ask because you may find that some women will appreciate you for your more laidback nature, it really just depends on the person and what they like. Whatever the case, one way to help tackle any life change is to take stock of the barriers getting in the way of you taking action. Sometimes these barriers are mental or psychological, for example believing oneself incapable of change or believing it’s going to be too painful to make the effort and that further avoidance is preferable. Sometimes the obstacles are more practical... for example not having the skills one needs to make the desired change. I had this problem when I was trying to get sober. I really really wanted it but kept falling flat. Eventually I realized that I didn’t have the skills yet to make the lifestyle changes I needed to. Eventually I got those skills and voila I got sober. I’d also argue that based on your post you are a motivated individual in some areas of your life at least. If you weren’t you probably wouldn’t have a job or bother getting out of bed to game with people. No one really enjoys doing the things we have to do. And it’s no fun if it becomes a chore to look for fun either. So my advice, take your time finding what makes you tick and don’t feel bad if you figure out “hey I like just these few things and I’m happy.” Nothing wrong with that either.

So you have everything in life, you're good with the ladies but can't keep a girl for a long time?

I would suggest..

Focus on having an interesting personality. I'd write some compliments girls have given me over the years but that'd be just called bragging. If she is facing some deeper issue that she isn't willing to share with anyone, can you help her resolve that? What if she suddenly acts like bitch, how will handle you that? Can you sometimes be Mr Charmer ? Do you know how spice up the sex life by trying different things?

So remember that an energetic personality and good emotional intelligence is important.

And yeah as u/Littlelisapizza83 has mentioned, it's important to find girls whose value match with your values in life. Otherwise you may lose the motivation to invest time and energy in the relationship. Theoretically, it can work even if you two don't have much similar values but it isn't that practical.

Be strategic while choosing a potential romantic partner. Create a list of things that you look for in your "ideal woman". Personality traits, hair color, eye color, style, list all of that and then ask yourself, "Where can I meet that type of girl?"

Keep a vague image of your ideal girl in mind but stay flexible in your approach and interaction, you may end up meeting someone far better. And since you're already quite successful in life and with women, you will probably have an easy time attracting the ideal girl.

How's someone laid-back(or more like never learned motivation) create that life-long drive/passion that cements girls in?

You literally do something you geniunely like. Girls dont really care what that is, they like the vibe you project doing it.

I didnt understand this for a while until I saw one of my friends geek out over his passion for comics with a girl. She had no idea what he was talking about but she liked his attitude and the good vibes he was projecting talking about it.

As you stated you dont do these things for women. You do it for yourself and then women come along and want to join in.

Theres many things my own GF has no interest in but is interested in simply because I'm passionate about it.
