I can approach, date, and give girls a good time in bed, but outside of that, I think my lack of passion in general doesn't keep girls around with that strong sense of attraction.

Always been that kid who was 100% smarts, 0% motivation. I only tried at things that didn't matter like video game tourneys and open mic night. Now I've reached the age of 30 and about to coast on with a high achieving career I got with my test-taking skills. My life patterns consist of lazing around until I gotta rein it in for another test/board exam. Otherwise, I generally enjoy life for what it is with clean food, fun exercise, and good ol' gaming with friends.

How's someone laid-back(or more like never learned motivation) create that life-long drive/passion that cements girls in? I also don't want to do it just for the sake of pulling girls in, but we all know it's there in my subconscious.
