Stroll up and just casually ask how’s it going like you do it all the time because you will be doing it all the time to everyone - don’t do anything special for her/them - just say something you usually would say which ‘how’s it going’ is a good one. Both of you are going to waiting for the bus anyway so you two are just there - perfect time to be a human and have a normal social interaction.

Uusally if its just a busstop and youre not gonna be on the same bus you have to be usually direct and straightforward if shes interested fine if she doesnt its fine also. It changes if youre both on the same bus bc you have to sit next to her like if the bus is crowded its even more easier and then just engage a conversation. You have much more time then if shes just waiting for her bus. One of the main thing that I usually love to approach girls on bus is that you can be phisical, youre sitting next to each other, just talking and flirting and if she send you buying signals like touching her hair, gigling, holding long eye contact then you can sit a bit closer jokingly hug her, push her away, compare hands etc just let her get used to your touch and then escolate like if she has a number, ig whatever.
