It comes up a lot on here in discussions about intersex dynamics, so figured it is worth sorting out.

You mention that women earn less than men. That is almost certainly correct. But are they adjusting for variables in those statistics like for example, one I can think of is, the people who are doctors, lawyers, and engineers today, when they went to university, were there equal numbers of women and men enrolled in and completing the education for those most common high paid careers? Also does it control for voluntary life choices prioritize things besides money?

Not exactly. Here is a Jezebel article that explains what choreplay is. TLDR is that men do chores because they think it will get laid. So much is wrong with this that both TRP and feminists agree: it’s pretty gross. But don’t take my word for it: https://jezebel.com/if-choreplay-is-real-it-is-also-real-gross-1689921824 The last paragraph...

That is not choreplay. Choreplay is a transactional type thing. A covert contract if you will. Pulling your weight is something completely different.

Those studies have little to do with attitudes and everything to do with the fact that women work more now than they did decades back. All you can conclude from them is that tired people fuck less. But we don’t know if working couples fuck more compared to more traditionally oriented relationships where the women doesn’t have a job. And there are diminishing returns, even the newer studies show that if the man takes on too much of a feminine role, sex demishes as well. But those studies have not…

I think that the answer is that TRP’s answer is to change oneself. TRP looks at the world and says “the world isn’t fair, I need to change myself in order to cope with it”. Feminism looks at the world and says “the world isn’t fair, we need to change the world so I can cope with it” Personally, I feel like personal change is the most effective way to deal with a problem. The world is a messy place. Anything you do is subject to unintended consequences, blowback, and very powerful forces. You wan…

Roughly once a week for the guys I knew, without putting too much effort in. I knew a guy who did put effort in on Tinder and fucked one hundred in one summer. It varies a lot. Seems like the distribution is near exponential.

Well, generally, if you look at the whole picture, life is pretty fair for both men and women in this millennium in America. Yes women and men get treated differently, and that benefits certain people born with certain traits a bit disproportionately, but in the big picture the genders both have a good crack at a happy healthy successful life. Different mostly genetic traits are valued in both genders, with men being valued more for their intelligence (by both men and women), while beauty is pro…

Agree. That is my point. The data is there, women make less than men, but how you interpret that data is open to huge debate. You can say that yes women choose lower paying careers than men because they value more than just money, or you could say that they have been discouraged by the patriarchal system from pursuing higher paid careers, or you could say that since men are willing to support them, they are less driven to take that promotion or even a job, or you could say that women are discrim…

Jordan Peterson referenced a study that showed that men’s income was strongly correlated to them having multiple sexual partners at once. Doesn’t sound like it is entirely related to the BB thing. He thinks that women are sexually attracted to useful men, which usually translates into higher income but not always. So women probably use money as a heuristic to determine usefulness since it usually works that way, ultimately a rich useful man will be more sexually attractive than a rich useless ma…

I am sure you aware that engineering and sexual dynamics are about as apples to oranges as things can be. Even engineers aren’t that autistic. Sexual and social dynamics are all subject to a huge array of interpretations. Each of which may be useful enough to guide actions towards a better life for one’s self. Many useful narratives can be constructed to interpret unknowable events. Example: is there a gender wage gap? Almost certainly that we can say is a fact. Should it change? All of a sudden…

Red pill would be something like this: Can’t get a date: hypergamy exists, therefore, lift, read up on self improvement and the sidebar to understand what women react sexually to and why, then become that and shut the fuck up. Can’t get a second date: you probably need to lift more, try again when you have your shit together, remember to give less fucks next time. GF/wife left you: it is your own fault. Totally right, and many RPers are not basement dwelling omega neckbeards, but you have to admit that if it weren’t for these types, it probably wouldn’t have started or if it did it wouldn’t be what it has come to today. And understandably so, those people are right, mostly, that their ideology probably DOES describe the world THEY experience. It just doesn’t describe the world the average woman, or above average man, experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/18 12:39 AM

Well yes, and no would set feminism is the whinier of the two. At least RP takes responsibility for everything, and has a very concrete action plan to fix their problems while feminism says it is the oppressor’s fault. Both have some truth to it but the RP is a more useful and wholesome doctrine even if it isn’t true.

It isn’t about the ability to attract better mates, it is about the ability to have sex more, with less effort, at any given attractiveness level. You would still have the option to improve yourself and up that even more. You would still have that option available to you. And you would have people treat you better on a daily basis with the hope of maybe one day being able to have sex with you. Sorry but as a male very few are attractive enough to be in this category, compared to women.

I wouldn’t say the higher the n count the lower the SMV, as having a higher n count doesn’t make men less willing to have sex with you but it probably lowers your RMW or relationship market value. You are right, one should be selective, but you have to be willing to have sex with someone eventually, and if you don’t have the drive to fuck someone, then it probably isn’t in his or your best interest to commit to a relationship. I have never given women a chance who said this to me. It has happened before to me. It would be a nightmare to end up in an LtR with someone who didn’t have so much sexual attraction to me that they could throw caution to the wind for the sake of fucking me. Yes it is a politically loaded term, like “pro choice” or “pro life”. It is just meant to disparage an enemy, in this case men, with a good dose of plausible deniability (“we don’t like it because it hurts both men, and women”) . That caveat allows them to ostensibly not appear sexist, sort of the “now I don’t hate black people, I have many black friends” prologue to a racist generalization. I wouldn’t take it very seriously.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/18 01:39 AM

Look no further from the term “toxic masculinity” itself. A good litmus test to see if comments toward a group of people are disparaging, is substitute a “protected” class of people. Mentally handicapped, women, blacks, etc. does it sound a bit cringy? This phrase obviously is flagged by this litmus test. I have heard all the arguments for why flipping the script like this doesn’t work, but they seem like nonsense to me. If the underclasses want everyone to be treated as equals, they need to lea…

You can never determine if a policy works or not in social sciences. That is certainly not binary. Or it might be possible to prove that something maybe works, but it raises a new issue that made the old one it set out to solve irrelevant... there are no clear answers in social sciences. To reply to your first point: no social issue is binary. Ideologies will convince you otherwise. The fact that you seem convinced that it is a binary issue is a red flag to me that TRP and BP are ideologies. I would not say that most of what I have read on TRP is backed up by rigorous observation. Heuristics are definitely useful and necessary, but when it comes to social issues, they need to be taken with a grain of salt and have limited use. Same way marxists see everything through the lens of class, if the only tool you have is a hammer, everything you see is a nail. Having awareness of this will prevent you from being consumed by ideologies. Where you use them as tools (one of your many) not something to identify with.

I agree, women don’t find it attractive in most cases. It is a clumsy and awkward thing to say to anyone, man or woman. But I believe this is the intent of the man, to come off as dominant. My guess is also that people who say this have not read those think prices. Doubt there is any crossover between people who think it is not awkward to ask people to smile more and people who have the social awareness to read think pieces on social dynamics.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/18 11:35 PM

Jargon is not politically loaded. Dogmatic lingo tends to be politically loaded. That is one red flag. For example, the terms “pro-choice” or “pro-life” are definitely not simply jargon. They are loaded to make the other side look bad and are quite euphemistic. “Toxic masculinity” is another politically loaded term. As is “AF/BB”. Those purport to explain way more than they could reasonably explain.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/04/18 02:12 PM

It is a shit test. Same as a woman shit testing a guy. Guys do it to lower status males as well as a way to assert dominance. If the recipient becomes flustered, or angry, or comply, they lose the test, and dominance is established. My guess is men do this more to women than to men because we notice that status and dominance is attractive to women.

We can study if hypergamy is affected by feminism because some countries are more feminist than others. You just study the level of hypergamy against the level of feminism. Such a study was done and found that hypergamy was a universal trend across various different cultures with varying degrees of feminism. Hypergamy doesn’t seem to be effected by culture.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/18 12:26 AM

Even with feminism, the association between income and rated attractiveness is 1000 times stronger for women rating men than the other way around. The study that found this took place in various cultures with varying levels of feminism influences and there was no cultural variable to this, so your hypothesis that “feminism combats hypergamy” doesn’t seem to be true prima facie, unless you have some proof that it does in which be my guest. This study would support the notion that it is “hard wire…

What is abusive about the above situation? The guy is just being honest about what he wants and being assertive. If she says ok because staying with a poly guy to her is better than being single, or losing the other good qualities he had, she made her choice. She had other options, this one was better.

To be honest I am not sure it is a good thing for women. I think women really benefit from the pedestalition of sex and it’s artificial scarcity. That is what gives them their power. It might get rid of “nice guy” behavior, but overall I think it would be bad for women to lose that power.

Religious organizations have always tried to police sex. That is a completely separate cause, motivation, and issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/18 02:54 AM

Ref. The second wave argument: It is not scientifically controversial that most gendered behavior is not socially constructed. That is well established and, outside of SJW circles the realm of science that actually studies this stuff, that isn’t really being disputed. So it is indeed a tough argument to make. With regard to the third wave stuff, it only works if you take an extremely narrow and shallow, in-nuanced view of sexual power.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/18 02:47 AM
2

I am not Red Pill, actually. How do second wave feminists argue that using sexual power traps women into a fundamentally inferior position? I would think that is a pretty hard argument to make. And how does third wave theory fully embrace the use of sexual power, thereby fully and openly acknowledging it exists. Without destroying the victim foundation that all feminism is built upon?

Absolutely disgusting that people are treated that way. My point is that it isn’t a a gender issue. And it isn’t a prostitution issue. Like I said, human trafficking for construction work is probably more common than for prostitution, but no one attacks that problem as a construction work perspective, talk about banning it, etc. nor is it a “gender issue” despite the fact that it effects almost exclusively one gender. This is because there are no ulterior motives in the shadows, people attack th…

“Trafficking is a problem that goes beyond sex work. It includes slavery, such as in the middle east.” It doesn’t just “go beyond”. It is a completely separate issue, that cannot be addressed by addressing prostitution itself.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/18 06:29 AM

Agree, that is feminism’s Achilles heal. If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. This is why the strange arguments against prostitution relies a weird reframing of privilege as oppression. The fight against prostitution is just one of the more obvious examples of how basing an ideology on a victim mindset yields some pretty strange results. You need to do some pretty hardcore mental gymnastics to avoid acknowledging the benefits of women’s sexual power in society at large.

“anti sex work feminism doesnt "realize" that women hold sexual power and not want to beleive it, they DONT believe it and ACTIVELY oppose the concept. they believe women cant really consent to heterosexual sex in a patriarchal system at al, let alone that women have secret sexual power.“ I agree with this 100 percent. Yes they love that terminology “buy women” you don’t buy the women when you hire a prostitute you buy a service. Want to talk about buying a person, think account executive work, mind numbingly boring work, no work/life balance, lots of physical and mental detriments. 24 hour acces by phone. That is buying a person. This is just loaded terminology to paint the woman as a victim.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/18 11:41 AM
3

Point is, it really isn’t about protecting the prostitutes, it is more motivated by their distaste of prostitution, but they couldn’t say that, because in the process they would have to acknowledge that women have more power than their agenda would have them let on. And that agenda is a simple power struggle against men, but it is a fundamentally dishonest one.

Yes, feminists would love to portray sex work in this light. But we all know women have more agency than that. Some people are taken advantage of, but it has little to do with their gender, or even prostitution. Take your low level drug dealer, usually male, earning less than min wage (unlike a prostitute) is also likely coerced. And is more likely to be the victim of violence, end up in jail, or be killed on the job. Really it has nothing to do with gender violence. It is class violence that ef…

That is probably only a minor factor. You are ignoring that men’s workout routines tend to be more punishing than women’s, men’s suits cost a lot more than women’s clothes, and men diet as well. I do. My sister and I were some breadwinners for our family at the age of 14 due to having sick parents who were never that well off to begin with. Once saving were depleted, we lived off donated food for a while, built a root cellar and grew veggies in a small garden for the rest. Worked hard doing entrepreneurial ventures as kids, got first legit job at 16 pushing shopping carts for a grocery store, worked full time hours all throughout high school with two jobs, saved enough to pay for univer…

Politically they have more in group loyalties, but in normal day to say life women afford women less respect than men afford other men. Thinking in the workplace especially, a lot of women prefer to work with men and especially prefer to have male bosses and will say this out loud.

They do in some ways, they have active women’s rights lobbies, but socially, they seem more hostile to each other. They seem to keep each other down by being judgemental against each other. I know plenty of women who say they hate to work with or especially for women because they have “sharp elbows” as in will throw anyone under the bus to get ahead. Men on the other hand do not have organized lobby groups because that is weak sauce. Who needs a lobby group but a victim? Men don’t have a victim …

The whole “you could have used contraception” argument pro lifers use has all kinds of holes in it, like what if the contraception failed, or what if the situation changes right after you got pregnant, or what if you were statutorily raped or what if you were really drunk and taken advantage of? All of these are non- gender specific problems that could fairly warrant an opt out of a pregnancy. A women gets that option. Men do not. Not even a financial abortion.

What do you mean by superior? The only evidence of superiority is power. Having superior abilities means nothing at all if you don’t do anything with them. The only thing that matters is actions. So if women are superior then they aren’t using those extra abilities to outwit men and garner more power. So if they are superior AND oppressed, it means they failed to act on that supposed superiority, which is pretty dumb for a supposedly superior being. I argue that they are neither inferior or supe…

For some reason though it is socially acceptable to put a min height on your dating profile as a woman. As a man if you put a maximum weight on your dating profile ie. “No fat women please” you would be seen as uncouth. Why? At least one can do something about their weight. “No fatties please” is a much more fair requirement than “no men under 5”6 please” women can be very selective overtly about their requirements and they are praised for having standards. I agree, victim culture doesn’t help, and everyone should obey laws of host culture, but I am also saying these people are a lot more powerless than they used to be, and more powerless compared to locals in their host country, so it is going to breed violent ppl. Don’t know what the solution is, or who to blame, just saying it will happen. The original point was that powerlessness breeds violence, which I stand by.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/17 04:00 AM

Idle yes but they don’t really have much power or control over how they live their lives. Say you were a nurse where you came from, and you flee because of war, (real example from someone I know) you think you can just practice nursing in your new home country? Same goes for pretty much any occupation, because training and education standards vary from country to country, and there are language barriers to employment. Not having to (or not being able to) work is not the same as having power.

Especially at college age, as that is when men’s sexual strategy is at a disadvantage. A college age man is similar to a 30 year old women in that respect. That is why men in college prefer LTRs, because most of them would have extremely limited access to sex if they didn’t do LTRs.

I think the differences are far larger than you have let on. One thing is in very controlled scientific experiments if men and women perform differently. Another thing entirely is real life. Real life is context dependent, and not controlled conditions. In real life you see huge variations in what women chose to do for a living, in their spare time, how they relate to each other, how they relate to men. It could be used by insecure men to control the sexuality of women, as a feminist would see it, or it could be used by insecure women to place a premium on sex by artificially restricting the total amount of sex available to the man, this harnessing his lust into control. It could also work the other way around although something tells me it is more rare.

I see it could be used a manipulative tool by both genders. I could be used to “weaponize sex” or increase the power of sex, which can be toxic. As in, if I ensure that I am the only potential sexual outlet, then I can treat the other person badly, and their libido will keep them tied to me. Or it could be enforced by the perceived less attractive partner out of insecurity. It is manipulative because it relies heavily on a “should”, and non-monogamy carries a stigma. Now we are losing all sense of meaning of the word objectification. This is the accepted feminist checklist of objectification below. Your description ticks one of those boxes. But to me, “you are good looking” is less objectifying than “you are very successful”, because beauty is who you are but successful is what you do. I totally agree. In fact that is kind of my point. So how can women claim that they are objectified in porn? It seems more like they are exhausted and pedestalized. Mainstream porn is targeted towards a male audience because it is mostly men who are the consumers. Yes, it is unsurprising that the women in porn are highlighting their big boobs or asses, but bodybuilders are selling their muscles. But I think your point is weak, yes we want to see T&A but we want to also see her smile and act cute, and DO interesting things. The dick is just the tool to make all of those interesting things happen. Often they just replace the man with a dildo even, and it is just as hot.

Maybe it does breed hatred of women...How do you think it does that? I am 100 percent sure that men will want to act out aspects of porn. Myself included. But as you point out, most of the porn portrays male sexuality because they are the biggest audience. Is there anything wrong with catering to men’s sexuality? Do you think that porn is catering to men’s sexual urges, or that men’s sexual urges are being created by porn? I am sceptical of the latter as I have seen a wide variety of porn in my …

Maybe you are right that it portrays women being used for the gratification of men. What is wrong with portraying women for the gratification of men? Isn’t a comedian being portrayed for the gratification of the audience, or a masseuse working solely for the gratification of the customer? Is this also wrong? But I would say women are usually portrayed as being gratified by men about as much as the guy is gratified by the woman. In mainstream porn as I think it is more mainstream sexual taste to …

As is acting, massage, modeling, professional sports, dancing, really any performance art. How is sex more demeaning? I kind of see it as anti-capitalist. Anyone with a webcam can produce it. It is total freedom from the man. And I would say that maybe most porn these days is produced by amateurs for little to no money as a hobby only. I would say the days of capitalist porn are numbered.

Yes these women probably DO have problems dating because of their professional status, but at least in part because they may invest too much of their ego in that part of them and they may subconsciously look down on lower status men. Men can smell that attitude from a mile away. Ironically, the same type of women who would behave like this seems like the same type who would complain about men being intimidated by high powered women.

You are right, state of mind has a lot to do with it. I guarantee you that porn will lead to admiration, and plenty of women and men soak up just this exact type of admiration, almost as a life force. Just as much as other types of admiration such as respect or fear. What do you think makes sexual admiration less valuable than other types of admiration? And no you are right, some things can’t be regained. What intangible qualities do you think are lost when you do porn?

You are right, people can have pretty sick thoughts, and anyone who does public work, like politicians, actors, athletes, and comedians will be subject to ridicule and being unnoticed. How is it worse to have sexuality subjected to this, as opposed to, say, sense of humor, or athletic ability?

I think it is less depressing than performing like a trained seal to push paper for a government bureau, turning your boredom into a dollar value commodity. At least people will enthusiastically appreciate your porn work and see YOU, not some personality free cog in a machine. They appreciate you for your base humanity. It seems the opposite of degrading. It celebrates basically the most core part of the person’s identity and humanity.

I guess it is kind of a good point porn focuses on the sexuality of the people in question to the exclusion of a lot of other qualities. The first thought that springs to my mind is “what’s wrong with that?” And I haven’t really figured that out yet. It sounds like being against restaurants because you don’t appreciate the chef for all his non-culinary qualities when you are only there to appreciate their cooking skills. That doesn’t sound degrading to me.

You might be right, maybe it is more of a study of men’s behavior, and how women respond to it. So in the end it is basically men figuring out how women want them to behave by observing women’s responses to the different behaviors. If men are just learning how to behave so that women will approve of them with sex and respect. Do you think I am wrong about that? Why is that threatening?

/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/17 08:54 AM

All valid points. Except for the last point. I think most men have huge problems understanding women. They expect women to think like themselves then get confused why women don’t respond in the way they expect them to. Then they get nervous talking to girls. I will say that again, most guys get nervous talking to girls. Why? They are just people. Because most men don’t get women.

The golden rule doesn’t apply to female/male relations, because often the two want different things. The platinum rule applies, “do to others what they want done to them” this is harder because you have to figure out what the opposite sex likes. Women struggle with this as do men.

TL:DR It might be better and more fair to be valued primarily for your sexuality than for your accomplishments, because your sexuality is more “who you are”, a less conditional valuation as a human being. Being valued primarily for your accomplishments, as men are, is a more shallow form of valuation because it is conditional on things that have less to do with your core being and humanity, and in many cases is a valuation of your utility to others, simply another form of objectification.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/17 04:01 AM

Yes sex is a form of love. Why can’t you love strangers? I didn’t say conditional, I said more unconditional compared to a woman’s, and yes I firmly believe that it is a fair expectation for a person to continue loving you back in order to stay committed to them.

Perhaps you are right, perhaps we don’t need sex, but we certainly want it most of us. It doesn’t mean that there isn’t a power imbalance here. We could say that women don’t “need” that extra 30 cents on their 70 cents that a man makes in the workforce, or that she doesn’t “need” that promotion. We don’t think of it as much as a condition, it just happens that way because we find ourselves in the same places. It doesn’t say anything negative about men that average looking men are willing to have casual sex with an average looking women. I said less conditional not…

They do when the guy is average. I saw a YouTube video where they test what a super hot guy can get away with saying and still get numbers and dates. I had to try it for myself, and I did, and it is true. For the rest of us guys, yes, there are hoops to jump through to earn a woman’s love. But that is the point of my post.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 05:05 AM
1

Ya, because we still need sex, of course we are going to go through the motions of monogamy etc because women demand that of us as a condition to allowing us access to sex. I am not saying it is wrong, I am saying that it isn’t really in men’s favor, so if feminists want to fight for rights, they should also address this glaring inequality, and not downplay its significance because it doesn’t matter to women, you have what you need out of the arrangement, but for men it is a huge issue, that no …

We don’t need rigorous standards to prove that most women have an easier time getting casual sex than most guys. We all knew this already.

Real life casual sex works a lot like this as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 04:18 AM

Casual sex is a form of love to a man. And yes for this, we are not unconditional, but just less conditional than women. And yes life would be better for men if the balance of power in the casual sex arena were more equal.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 04:18 AM
1

Maybe we do make demands from women. In what areas do you think men are more demanding of women then men are with women?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 04:14 AM
1

It really isn’t, why should an average guy feel bad about wanting sex with an a stage girl?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 04:11 AM
1

You didn’t read the study. If women say they don’t want hot alpha chads it is because they don’t have much luck with them, sort of like neckbeards saying they don’t like fit girls. Sour grapes. Watch what people do not what they say.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 04:10 AM
1

So basically they discriminate harder than men, which means that men’s love is more unconditional.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 04:08 AM

That is because men 18-30 have a harder time getting casual sex. If they didn’t, they might not want a relationship.

Yes, likes are scarce. They limit them. I created two fake accounts. One male and one female. If you try that, you will innately feel the validity of this “study” I had a girlfriend who I met on tinder. We for the fun of it went and swiped every single person. She did not swipe on a single person who she didn’t match. My match rate was about 3 percent. It is terribly unequal. And I think this matters more to men than their extra 30 cents on women’s 70 in the job market. Point is, it isn’t fair, …

/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/17 01:43 PM

I wouldn’t say it is unrelated. But yes, I am saying that power imbalances in the sexual arena could be to blame or at least play a part in creating other power imbalances in other arenas, and even if they are unrelated, I think men would gladly trade one type of power for the other, but not sure women would do the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/17 01:40 PM

You aren’t reading the graph right. Most women seem to be plenty interested in casual sex. With a small minority of super hot guys. I am over it. I am not one of those guys but I have become fairly rich. Mostly to attract women. That is my point. The reason men are so powerful is at least a reaction to female sexual strategy.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/17 01:30 PM

So you are ok with a power imbalance between men and women in spheres outside the sexual arena (if there is such a thing), like politics, business, and family life?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/17 01:18 PM

The economic inequality in the west isn’t nearly as huge as this stat. A bottom 20 percenter guy could swipe for years and never get a single lay, if the bottom 20 percent of Americans never got to eat a meal, then the situation wouldn’t be as good.

Agree, there is no pussy cartel, just as there is no patriarchy conspiring to keep women down, the difference in sex drives and sexual strategy between genders has a huge effect on society. No one is to blame, it just is that way. Bloopers like to use the scapegoat of the “patriarchy”, Terpers call it the “female imperative” but it is both sexes that create the “unfair” playing field that bloopers and terpers hate so much. Dominance and submission, leading and following, have nothing to do with first class and second class. I am both a leader and a follower, it is contextual. No the insecurity is good. If an man is a 7 in the SMP, and he dates a 5 or 6. She will be content with what she has and likely more loyal. She will also have an innate insecurity “dread” if you will, about him potentially finding another 7 and leaving her. This will cause her to want to perform with actions to bring more value to the relationship than her “resting” SMV could provide. This is good for the man, good for the sex life, which means good for the relationship as a whole.

I think it boils down to this. Women date down because they think they want to be secure and comfortable. Subconsciously, she loses attraction for hi…

You started with the right book. Read it again in one month’s time or so. Next, read When I Say No, I Feel Guilty. It sounds to me like it would be useful for your situation. Better yet, listen to it on audiobook, listening to the dialogues is more natural and will help you internalize it better than reading it. Happy to hear it is working! Take it sloooow! Resist the anger, she will smell it.

You are right, the tone in the forums is not that good. Most of the sidebar books are good, (Some are terrible though, like bluepillprofessor’s. He sounds like he has no self awareness) I got A LOT out of No More Mr. Nice Guy, When I Say No, I Feel Guilty, Married Man Sex Life Primer, Mindful Action Plan, and the DEVI model of the Sex God Method, and exercising. And I agree with you. I think their higher levels of “Dread Game” are ridiculous. If you are at “Dread level 11” (the level where some …

A very fundamental idea of red pill is that basically everything is your own fault. It is an extremely healthy and productive way to look at the world, and one of the parts about it that are obviously superior to feminism which is basically one meta victim puke. Some men, who have not had healthy interactions with women, are in the anger phase, and project this at women, but the rest of the community encourages them to work through it, not blame the woman, and fix the situation through working o…

Wouldn’t be able to and haven’t done it are two very different things. Both affect statistics. Keep this in mind.

Using logic in gender wars, power struggles, and ideology which essentially this is, is like using a saw to drive a nail. Or to put it another way, try making a logic flowchart to take with you on dates to help you decide on a mate, see where logic gets you in matters of the heart. Logic has its place, but not in feeling of justice, injustice, power struggles, and a host of other problems we still need to solve. At the root of human consciousness, what makes us human, is not binary.

Shhhh let the anger phase pass... you will eventually get to acceptance... hang in there. Now do you have something productive to say? Or did you just want to take time out of your busy day to let everyone know that you are angry that someone on the internet is wrong?

That does sound dumb, doesn’t it? Another problem both movements have, is the constant need for intellectualization and one-up manship. That is NEVER attractive to either gender. That is why men don’t find feminist garble as attractive date conversation, and for sure your date doesn’t want to hear about statistics on false rape accusations or divorce rape. Don’t over intellectualize gender relationships. Intellect won’t help you in gender strategy because of that above point: “it is ok, it is so…

Just because a logical fallacy has been committed, doesn’t mean there isn’t a useful truth to be discovered, it just means that logic isn’t bombproof. Logic is just another tool to get to the truth but it isn’t the only tool we have in our belt, because on a topic like this, there is no such thing as pure truth, we aren’t designing a computer, we are learning to relate to fellow human beings, who are illogical. That is ok, that is soul. Accept it.

Nope, long time lurker, haven’t posted while I was reading up on the Sidebar. Have read MMSLP, WISNIFG, 48 Laws of Power, How to win friends and influence people, been running a MAP for a year, but I don’t talk about fight club, and it would be nice to talk to a real life person.
